# What have I been up to since the Fourth?

## Short version: I've been building.

My focus now is AI defense as a discipline, not a product. That work has a home at AdversarialAgents.org, and the first piece, a foundational essay on adversarial agents, is in progress. Behind it is a local agent-security lab: a hand-rolled agent loop with full tool-call logging, running on my own hardware before I point it at off-the-shelf agents. Meanwhile, the side projects kept going:

- **Runnel**: a modern, encrypted, IRC-compatible chat server with ChanServ/NickServ-style bots.
- **chatstack**: an end-to-end encrypted messaging stack in Rust, with forward error correction and text armor so messages survive hostile transports.
- **trivium.works**: a learning platform getting a WCAG AAA visual overhaul.
- A new personal mark: a hi-vis orange, red, and yellow-green H.
